Start, pause or cancel month-to-month without cancellation fees; third-party subscriptions follow their own terms.

Can you work on my existing website?

Often, yes. Send the website address and the issue. We check its platform, access and whether the work fits before accepting the job. A platform or third-party limitation may require a different scope.

What if a small fix becomes a bigger job?

We stop at the agreed boundary and explain what is needed. Any additional work or charge needs a separate approved quote.

Does Brand Polish include a new logo?

Brand Polish uses your existing, usable identity. If you need a new logo or broader strategy, Logo Essentials or Brand Identity is the more appropriate starting point.

Do I have to buy monthly care?

No. Care is optional. A one-time website build does not require an ongoing care plan. Your quote makes hosting arrangements and third-party costs clear.

When do I pay?

We check suitability and agree the work first. Small jobs are paid in advance after scope confirmation. Larger project milestones and payment terms are set out in your quote.

Can you guarantee enquiries or sales?

No. We deliver the agreed design or technical work and its relevant checks. Customer demand, traffic and your business operations also affect results.
